Bureau Veritas was founded in 1828 with the objective of securing maritime transport by providing insurers with up-to-date monitoring of ships and equipment. We have thus created a new methodology for assessing the risks of ships and equipment.

The strong development of marine and construction activities led the development of a new branch in Morocco.
