Technical control
The main aim of Technical Control is to help ensure the structural integrity and safety of new Buildings or Infrastructures under construction. All parts of construction are covered, from foundations, flooring, walls and roofing to installations.
Business Challenge
- A construction project is an important act: a design or execution defect can have serious consequences on the solidity of a structure, the safety of future occupants, its resistance to earthquakes, accessibility for people with disabilities or its energy performance, etc.
- The main objective of Technical Control is to contribute to the prevention of technical hazards that may occur during the design and construction of structures.
Required control missions:
Mission L: soundness of the structures of viability, foundations, framework, enclosure and cover and the equipment inseparably linked to them
Mission S (Safety of persons): compliance with the regulatory provisions for the safety of persons in completed buildings
Complementary missions:
Mission HAND (Accessibility for people with disabilities): compliance with the regulatory provisions for accessibility of completed buildings for people with disabilities
Mission PS (Safety of persons in the event of an earthquake): compliance with the regulatory provisions for the safety of persons in the event of an earthquake
Special customer requests:
At the request of the contracting authority, the roadworthiness test may cover any other hazard against which the contracting authority wishes to protect itself: thermal, acoustic and installation regulations...

Technical inspection procedures are formalized at each stage of your project:
- Control of the structures described in the design documents: Initial roadworthiness test report (RICT)
- Control of the works described in the execution documents: Notice of work after examination of the execution documents (AODEX)
- Onsite inspection: Technical inspection report (CRCT)
- Final audits: End of roadworthiness test report (RFCT) and regulatory postwork audit report for Group 1 ERPs (RVRAT)Intervention during the year of perfect completion
